Our Terms & Conditions

DoGcross dog field holds liability insurance. DoGcross Dog Field / Bridget / Kara (we) WILL NOT be held responsible for any person/ client or pet during the hire of our field. Use of the field and agility course shall be entirely at the users /hirers own risk for the duration of the booking. All vehicles parked at DoGcross Dog field are left entirely at their owners risk and we accept no responsibility for accidents, damage or otherwise whilst on the premises. We hold no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or accidents/ injuries to animals, individuals or their property, whilst on or using the DoGcross Dog Field and parking.

Health and Safety of Your Dog

During field hire the dog is the responsibility of the client at all times. Dogcross Dog field will not be held responsible for your dog escaping from our field, disappearance, death or fines of any pet unsupervised access to the outdoors.
Please respect our neighbours at all times at Dogcross Dog Field, and refrain from shouting your dog unnecessarily. Our field should be a enjoyable peaceful setting. Verbal and Physical handling of the dogs is not allowed. Prong collars, electronic devices or choke chains are not allowed.
All dogs enjoying Dogcross Dog Field must be upto date with their wormers and vaccinations. If your dog or any dog it lives with is showing signs of ill health you must cancel and not attend the session.
Do NOT enter the field until the previous customer has securely exited the field with their dog(s).
Please ensure when not in the secure area your dog(s) must be kept on a lead at all times.

Ethics, Terms & Conditions

When you have booked your 1 hour time slot (55,minute field time), you MUST have exited within your time bracket. This ensures that the field is vacant for the next persons booking.
Any persons remaining in the field after their booking slot will be charged extra and discouraged from re-booking. If you arrive late, the booking cannot be extended.
Any damages or breakages the DoGcross Dog field or Agility equipment will need to be paid for by the client/dog(s) owner.
Unless already agreed, A maximum of 6 dogs on the field per booking. Please makes sure to clean up after yourself and your dog and dispose of poo bags and any litter, in one of the bins provided. This ensures the field remains a safe place for the client and the dog(s).
It is the responsibility of the user(s) to ensure the gate is locked whilst inside the field keeping yourself and your dog(s) safe.
In the unfortunate event that that you have to cancel or rescheduled this needs to be done within 48hours of your time slot, unfortunately otherwise this cannot be refunded.
We inspect our field and fencing daily to maintain security. Please notify us if you have any concerns.
We ask as users that you inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for the use of their own dog(s) fence height, proximity to local farm animals etc.
Children are more than welcome at DoGcross Dog Field, however they MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.

In the event that someone has over run (having so much fun) please call Kara 07961704146 or Bridget 07876351079. Do not approach the person(s) we will call them direct.

1. The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.

2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.

3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times unless with other dogs from the same household

4. The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules

5. The dog is Micro Chipped

6. The field is private property with no public access passing through

7. The field is securely fenced so the dog cannot escape

8. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field

9. The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field

10. You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field

11. If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the XL Bully.

12. If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all time with a 1:1 handler

We shall only retain your contact details should we need to contact you regarding your booking(s). The information WILL NOT be shared to any other parties.

GATE CODE

Will be sent the evening prior to the booking via text/email.

COVID 19

Please bring hand sanitiser and use it before and after touching the gate. There will also be sanitiser provided at the gate should you wish to use ours.
